Monica was a student of mine at the University of Baltimore School of Law about 5 years ago. She was a good student and an extremely pleasant and likable woman. I stayed in touch with her more than most students. I have not had contact with her in a few years, but I followed her Facebook. Her death is just an absolute tragedy.
