So here is the latest and greatest in Maryland legal news:

  • Woman guilty in fatal stabbing (The Capital)
  • Maryland Court of Appeals opinion on an administrative license suspension hearing. The court rejects some mumbo jumbo about a defendant's driver’s license that should not have been suspended because he was not given the opportunity to talk to a lawyer before refusing his BAC test.
  • Havre de Grace gets tough on carbon monoxide.

  • Pre trial hearing on victim impact statement a possibility (The Daily Times)
  • Former Pennsylvania Judge To Go On Trial In Kickbacks Case (WBAL Baltimore)
  • Maryland Court of Appeals Case Summaries: February 6, 2011 (The Maryland Daily Record)
  • Teen Sentenced In Beating Of Elderly Fisherman (WBAL Baltimore)
  •
